A message from my spirit guide

Do you believe in spirit guides? I certainty do!

I want to tell you a story, a true story that happened to me just last night.
So lately I have been feeling tired and unmotivated and sleeping more. I didn’t know why. Now that the weather has changed and it’s a lot darker outside where I live, I even thought I had S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder). I was kinda dreading the time ahead because winter in the northern hemisphere is long, dark and cold. But there are some good things about the winter time here too.
But last night one of my guides came to me. I was already connected to all my angels and guides for a specific reason.  I could tell right after that someone wanted my attention and I could feel it was a male presence. He was like tryed to poke him “head” infront of me to get my attention in a funny way. By the way I have been told that I have 13 spirit guides, 5 human guides and 8 nonhuman guides. This one was Gert. I have met him before. I found him through my Akasic Records with the help of a friend of my mine. I believe he was a german soldier in a former life. I see him wearing a green uniform.
Anyway he got my attention alright and he had information about why I had been feeling so tired and unmotivated and sleeping more. He told me that I have been astral traveling in my dream time and that I need to protect myself by calling in Archangel Michael and that I need to put a Black Tourmaline crystal under my pillow. I was so happy and I thought that it was such an amazing message and one that I am truly grateful for šŸ™šŸ’–

We all have spirit guides of all shapes and forms weather we like it or not. They are here to guide us in the highest and best way possible.

Spirit guides are new to me And they are not the same as angels. Growing up I was not use to spirit guides, but I did hear about angels and I love angels. That’s a whole other story.
You are able to receive these messages too you know. You just needed to practice being still and listen with ease and grace šŸ’— Meditation and trusting yourself is key here šŸ™ŒšŸ» I would love to hear your story, so let’s share.

Calling back your power

Have you ever called back your power?
If you haven’t, you should. Why? Let me tell you why.
During the day we spent time doing stuff and listening to others that requires our attention and energy. Sometimes it is stuff that we don’t want to do and that requires a lot more energy than when it’s something that we enjoy doing. Maybe you talked to a negative family member over the phone and if you are sensitive like I am, you will be affected by that negativity. Or you may have had a friend over who has had a difficult time and you want help to out your friend of course. It does´t matter if it is you having a difficult time or someone else, as long as it is in your presence. It’s all good and well helping others and asking for help, but did you know that your leave a bit of your energy in that time and space? Imagine if you went through all these three examples in one day, huff! I am not saying that you shouldn’t help others, please do, just remember to call back your power.
I have tried this and wow I must say! What an experience! The energy comes surging back in through the palms of my hands. I can feel it moving up my arms and it’s amazing!
Now, not everyone will feel this and it does not mean that you are not getting your power back. Just notice how you feel before and after.

How do I call back my power?
I can only speak for myself. What I do is, I lay down with my palms facing up and I simply say: “I take back my power” Easy, right? Now you try it. You are more than welcome to share your experience with me in the comments below or send me a private message. I would love to hear about it.
I hope you like this and you found it helpful.

Mosquitos be gone!

Want to keep the mosquitos away and only natural products?

Then I have just the recipe for you!

When I was in Greece in july of 2017, I was almost eaten alive my mosquitos. I bought something that was almost a 100% natural from a local store, but unfortunatly it wasn't good enough for me.

Right before I went to Mallorca, a friend of mine gave me at tip for keeping the mosquitos away. It was peppermint. I thought cool because I already had natural peppermint drops.

I have had a feeling for a few years what they don't like lemon eighter, but I would always forget to bring it with me when I was travelling.

So this time I had peppermint and lemon drops with me til Mallorca and I haven't gotten bitten once!

This recipe is so simple, easy and takes no time to prepare.

I added around 5 drops of each in a spray container with water and sprayed away.

I also added a few drops to my coconut oil which I use as body lotion and it works so well and I wanted to share this with you.

To keep the mosquitos out of my room, I added water and the drops in a bowl and left it in the windowsill and that worked too thankfully.

Maybe the mosquitos in Greece are more aggressive? Who knows?

I hope you like this and if you do try it, let me know how it works for you.

Root chips

I am not a potato lover. Never have been, but I like potato boats.

I have found other alternatives til potato boats. It is not new but it is new to me.
I like to make parsnip and carrot boats/chips. Some days I feel like something more and I add broccoli and/or red onion.
It can be eaten as at snack or with dinner.
It is so simple and easy.

Prep time: 15 min.
Cook time: 45-50 min.

Cut you roots and carrots in to chips or boats, pour olive oil on and season.
The thicher the are the longer they have to cook.

It is well like in our house. I hope you enjoy.

Thank you for stopping by.
